JobTwine is an AI-powered Interview Intelligence Platform designed to streamline corporate hiring by saving time, reducing bias, and improving hiring outcomes.
Their innovative technology assists hiring managers to craft tailored interview playbooks for any role within minutes effortlessly, while their Interviewer Copilot provides guidance, consistency and transcriptions to streamline and automate interview feedback.
JobTwine began as an interview-as-a-service platform, where a dedicated team of interviewers conducted candidate assessments on behalf of various clients. They introduced innovative concepts like the Interview Playbook and Interviewer Copilot, and were in search of a design partner who could help transform these ideas into a functional product.
That’s when they approached Lepolabs, and the collaboration led to the development of the platform’s standout features:
Smart Playbook Builder: Leverages AI to generate customized, structured interview playbooks for specific roles within minutes—streamlining preparation and reducing unconscious bias.
Interviewer Copilot: Assists interviewers by suggesting relevant skills to evaluate, questions to ask, and consistent scoring metrics. It also automates transcription and feedback, promoting fairness and efficiency in the interview process.

PLAYBOOK BUILDER
When we started working with JobTwine in early 2022, chatbot adoption was still in its early stages—mostly used for customer support or basic contact forms. Complex workflows were still handled through rigid UI widgets.
We saw a chance to do things differently. Instead of following the norm, we introduced a conversational chatbot to guide users through building structured interview playbooks. The result was JayT—a warm, intuitive assistant designed with natural language flows and adaptive paths that makes playbook creation intuitive, flexible, and engaging. JayT has since evolved into what many now call the best hiring agent.we noticed that these platforms often used transactional and unengaging language. This was something we aimed to change with XLR8.
INTERVIEWER COPILOT
Our goal for the Interviewer Copilot was simple: make interviewers feel confident and supported throughout the process. We focused on designing an intuitive, AI-powered tool that enhances efficiency without overwhelming users.
The Copilot offers tailored interview playbooks, real-time question prompts, and consistent scoring to reduce bias. It automates transcription, provides AI-generated feedback, and integrates seamlessly with Google Meet—empowering interviewers to make informed, data-driven hiring decisions.
